Archer & Reyes Hit the Daily
Double
Johnny Archer
– Player of the Decade for the 1990s
Efren
Reyes
– Newest member of the BCA’s Hall of
Fame
I am pleased to
report that on Sunday, June 1st Efren Reyes won the Manila
Leg of the San
Miguel Asian 9-Ball Tour in the Philippines. Later that day Johnny Archer
captured the Predator Central Florida 9-Ball Open. Both of these gentlemen were the
subjects of a detailed study I conducted on their methods of play. The
study and an analysis of a thrilling match between these players appears
in Capelle on 9-Ball – Archer vs. Reyes. The package is available as a
book/video or book/DVD.
Nearing the midway point in the season
both Archer (with 3 victories) and Reyes (with 2 victories) are each
strong contenders for Player of the Year.
